Entry Requirements for the NePoPo® Online Silver School

To enroll on the NePoPo® Online Silver School the minimum age of 18 years is required. There is no experience or previous qualifications required. The course is available worldwide to all students, of all academic backgrounds.

As the initial launch is in English only, learners should have a good understanding of the English language and literacy skills. We will announce as other language become available.

Exams

Throughout the NePoPo® Online Silver School, students will undergo numerous online exams to measure how effectively the knowledge is being absorbed. Students will take an exam at the end of chapters 2 through 9 of the NePoPo® Online Silver School.

It is mandatory to score a minimum of 90% on each chapter to advance to the next chapter. If you score lower than 90% you will have 2 retakes (3 chances per chapter).

Students will receive their grade as a percentage but cannot reassess the exam. After failing 3 times, you will be required to reach out to the help desk.

Help desk support

If you have not passed the exams with 90% after 3 chances, you have the possibility to contact the help desk for further explanation. Help desk will be available to respond to emails on European working days Central European Time (CET). The NePoPo® help desk cannot be contacted to dispute answers or obtain detailed information as to which questions were answered correctly/wrongly. The help desk can advise you and guide you via email.

School Format

The NePoPo® Online Silver School is delivered online. Students of the NePoPo® Online Silver School will receive instant access to our learning portal, which offers 24/7 access to the NePoPo® Online Silver School, including summaries for the homework, all theory video's, online exams and help desk support.

School Duration

In our experience the whole NePoPo® Online Silver School curriculum (including homework) requires 80 hours to complete. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions.
