The Tulsa seminar was one of the most well organized seminars where we have had the pleasure to work. Kudos to the organizers and hosts. Despite the temperatures, we had an excellent “plan B” and good attendence. Participants were largely from Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri.
