Julie West is a NePoPo® Gold graduate with almost 20 years experience training dogs and competing in IGP sport nationally and internationally.  Julie is also a judge of IGP sport, KC conformation and KC obedience as well as being a certified canine behaviourist and hydrotherapist and has a focus on health and fitness for dogs.  Together with Paul Flanagan, Julie operates Liberty K9 Training in the UK offering a range of pet training, IGP coaching and occasional seminars.
