Paul Flanagan is a NePoPo® Gold Graduate with over 40 years experience training dogs for a variety of different purposes. An ex-police service dog handler, trainer of explosives search dogs, a multi national champion in IGP and competitor at world level for over 20 years, dogsport is a true passion. Paul has been a certified IGP decoy for over 25 years holding  National level and club level grades as well as teaching and coaching many decoys. Together with Julie West, Paul operates Liberty K9 Training in the UK offering a range of pet training, IGP coaching and occasional seminars.
